What is your minimum order number for socks?

Our minimum order quantity for all orders is 100 pairs.

Do you offer a hang tag for the socks?

Yes, we provide a hang tag for all socks, with various style options and designs available.

Can I remove all merch-mallow branding?

Yes, It completely free of cost.

Do you offer special packaging boxes?

Yes, we can provide custom packaging boxes for all our socks; check out our custom socks catalogue to view options.

What lengths do your socks come in?

Our most popular length is our crew sock, but we can certainly create your socks in any size you could imagine.

What material do you offer?

We offer a variety of yarns to match your custom sock needs. Our most popular materials are Combed Cotton & Bamboo.

Do you offer any design assistance when creating my custom socks?

We are here every step of the way, just provide a design brief and our team will create three unique designs for you to choose for free.

Can I design my own socks?

Yes, we will still require you to submit your designs to our team so we can ensure your design can be produced.

What is your MOQ?

100 pairs.

What is the lead time on all socks?

The production lead time for all socks is 7-15 working days, but it depends on the type of socks and the quantity you want.

How many different colours can I use on my socks?

You can use a maximum of 5 different coloured yarns on your custom socks.

Can the design of my socks be different for the left and right?

Yes, but we have a minimum of 100 pairs per design. So in this instance, you will have to order 200 pairs of socks.

If I don’t know what to put on my socks can you help me?

Yes, our design team will create three unique designs for you.

Do you offer any packaging for my order?

Yes, all orders come with a free custom header card.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! we have clients located all over the world that we ship internationally to.

Will I get tracking details?

Yes, once your order is shipped we will provide you with tracking details

Once manufactured how long will it take to receive my order?

On average 4-5 days, but please expect delays due to the current climate of the world.

How much do your custom socks cost?

Do you charge based on the number of colours used in the socks?

No. but we do have a maximum of 5 colours on all orders.
